Suzuki Jimny 2018+ Airbox – Pod Filter Airbox

Upgrade the intake system on your 2018+ Suzuki Jimny with the BR Customs Pod Filter Airbox, designed to improve airflow and engine efficiency while providing effective protection against dust, dirt and water intake.

Manufactured in Australia and built for the demands of 4WD and off-road driving, this Suzuki Jimny airbox features a strong aluminium TIG welded construction, a high-flow pod filter and a tightly sealed inspection lid. The result is a durable, enclosed airbox designed to help keep your Jimny’s engine supplied with clean air in demanding conditions.

High-Flow Suzuki Jimny Airbox

The BR Customs 2018+ Suzuki Jimny airbox is designed to provide efficient airflow to the engine without compromising filtration.

The enclosed design helps protect the intake system from dust and debris while the high-flow filter allows the engine to breathe effectively. This makes the airbox well suited to 4WD, off-road, touring and daily-driving applications.

For maximum results, pair the airbox with a BR Customs Suzuki Jimny snorkel to create a more complete upgraded intake system.

TIG Welded Aluminium Construction

Built from aluminium and TIG welded, the BR Customs Jimny pod filter airbox is designed for strength, durability and long-term reliability.

Aluminium construction provides a strong yet lightweight solution for the engine bay, making it particularly suitable for modified 4WDs where durability and weight are important considerations.

The black textured powder coat finish provides additional protection while giving the airbox a clean, professional appearance.

Clear Inspection Lid

The airbox features a clear inspection lid, allowing you to quickly check the condition of the pod filter without completely dismantling the intake system.

This makes routine maintenance and filter inspection quicker and easier, particularly when travelling in dusty or off-road environments.

Tightly Sealed Design

Keeping contaminants out of the intake system is critical when driving off-road.

The BR Customs Suzuki Jimny airbox uses a rubber pinch-weld seal around the inspection lid to provide a tight seal between the lid and airbox.

This enclosed and sealed design helps minimise the risk of dust and unwanted debris entering the intake system while also providing increased protection against water intake compared with an exposed pod filter setup.

Drain Port

A built-in drain port allows accumulated moisture or water to escape from the airbox.

This is an important feature for vehicles regularly exposed to wet conditions, water crossings and changing weather conditions.

The drain port works alongside the enclosed airbox design to help manage moisture while maintaining effective filtration.

High-Flow Pod Filter

The BR Customs Pod Filter Airbox includes a high-flow filter designed to provide efficient airflow while maintaining effective filtration.

Rather than running an exposed pod filter directly in the engine bay, enclosing the filter within a dedicated airbox helps provide additional protection from heat, dust, dirt and water.

This makes the system a practical choice for Suzuki Jimny off-road and touring builds.

Designed for the 2018+ Suzuki Jimny

This airbox is designed for the 2018+ Suzuki Jimny and provides a purpose-built solution for owners looking to upgrade their factory intake arrangement.

Whether you’re building a dedicated off-road Jimny, touring vehicle or simply looking to improve the intake setup, the BR Customs Pod Filter Airbox provides a clean and durable installation.

Pair With a BR Customs Snorkel

For the best intake setup, pair this Suzuki Jimny 2018+ airbox with a BR Customs snorkel.

The snorkel and pod filter airbox work together to provide a more complete intake solution, helping supply the engine with cleaner air while providing additional protection in dusty and wet off-road environments.

A snorkel is particularly useful for drivers who regularly tackle water crossings, dusty tracks, trails and remote touring conditions.
