Built for the classic 40 Series cab, this replacement sun visor restores the factory look and function to your BJ40 or BJ42 without the cracked vinyl, sagging pivot, or sun-faded foam that time leaves on the originals. It mounts to the stock bracket above the windscreen, folds flush against the headliner when not in use, and swings down smoothly to cut glare on the highway or crawling a track at low sun.
The shell is molded from UV-stable vinyl over a rigid foam core, so it holds its shape through cabin heat instead of going soft and drooping the way old originals do.
